The Ethiopian Women in Energy Association (EWiEn) is seeking to hire an Analyst on a four-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave coverage and ensure continuity across the Association’s ongoing programs and operations. Based at the EWiEn Head Office within the Ministry of Water and Energy building, the successful candidate will support active projects in areas including off-grid energy solutions, productive use of energy (PUE), and e-cooking, while contributing to advocacy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and capacity-building initiatives.

If you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an energy-related field and have experience in proposal writing and project management, we encourage you to apply. We are looking for a proactive and adaptable professional with strong analytical and interpersonal skills who can quickly integrate into ongoing workflows and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to in-office work and teamwork is essential.

This is a full-time, office-based position (Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day), with an expected start date in mid-July 2026 to facilitate handover and an anticipated end date in November 2026.
