The Ethiopian Women in Energy Association (EWiEn) is issuing a Call for Mentors for our upcoming Women’s Energy Leadership Development Program. Building on the successful mid‑level career development training jointly implemented by EWiEn and GIZ, this initiative is launching a Structured Mentorship and Leadership Development Program aimed at strengthening the pipeline of women leaders within Ethiopia’s energy sector.

If you are a senior professional or executive with expertise in Renewable Energy Leadership, Power Systems Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering & Consultancy, Utility Sector Leadership, Electrical Power & Substation Operations, or Clean Cooking & Energy Access, we encourage you to apply. By volunteering your time and expertise for this three-month hybrid program, you will foster knowledge transfer, support women transitioning from technical roles to leadership positions, and receive an official recognition certificate from EWiEn and its partners.
