The Ethiopian Women in Energy Association (EWiEn) is seeking to engage a qualified media firm or service provider for Professional Photography, Videography, and Livestreaming Services for its upcoming flagship event, the Annual Energy Event 2026, taking place in Addis Ababa. The selected service provider will work in close collaboration with EWiEn’s Communications Officer to document the event, produce high-quality visual content, and stream key sessions to a virtual audience.

The service provider will be responsible for producing pre-event biographical profile videos of award winners, an introductory organizational video, conducting on-site vox pop interviews, delivering express same-day photo turnarounds for immediate social media coverage, managing multi-camera livestreaming on the day of the event, and delivering fully edited post-event recap videos with dual-language subtitles (English and Amharic).

We are looking for an experienced team with a minimum of five (5) years of documented expertise in professional videography, photography, colour grading, audio balancing, and live streaming for high-level conferences or international organization events. The candidate firm should possess high-grade 4K/HD equipment, a skilled technical crew, and a strong track record of fast-turnaround visual documentation.

The service provider will report directly to the Communications Officer & Finance and Admin Head, ensuring all visual assets and final deliverables align with EWiEn’s standards and archival requirements.
