The Ethiopian Women in Energy Association (EWiEn) is seeking to engage an experienced Printing Company (Vendor) to produce high-quality print and branded collateral for the Annual Women in Energy Event 2026 in Addis Ababa. The selected vendor will work in close coordination with EWiEn and the appointed Event Organiser to deliver all approved print materials ahead of the flagship gathering.

The Printing Company will be responsible for producing 16 distinct print and branded items based on final, print-ready design files supplied by EWiEn. Scope items include large-format backdrops with wood frames, booklets, brochures, roll-up banner canvas replacements, custom die-cut stickers with protective film, branded awards and trophies, custom tablecloths, teardrop flags, and various custom merchandise items (mugs, keychains, tote bags, and hardcover spiral notebooks). The vendor will also provide physical production samples for quality approval prior to mass production.

We are looking for a reliable printing vendor with demonstrated experience producing large-format prints, publications, and branded merchandise. The candidate firm should have a proven track record of exceptional print accuracy, high production standards, firm deadline adherence, and experience handling third-party logistics delivery.

The Printing Company will report directly to the Communications Officer & Finance and Admin Manager, coordinating material handovers directly with the appointed Event Organiser.
