With over two decades of experience, Netsanet’s career reads like a masterclass in technical excellence and leadership. She began at Ethiopian Electric Power, where she rose from a Junior Engineer to Load Dispatch Centre Project Manager, overseeing the creation of Ethiopia’s national grid command centre. She coordinated international funding, supervised SCADA and Energy Management System integration, and enhanced the reliability and control of the country’s power network.
